By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Description of Service
Lonely Octopus provides each student with a personalized study plan focused on learning in-demand data and AI skills. Our program offers hands-on experience through real company projects, enabling students to gain industry experience and build their portfolios. We firmly believe that consistent learning is the key to realizing your dream career.
Prices and Methods of Payments
All prices are in US dollars. We accept online payments managed exclusively through Stripe. Stripe is the sole payment option available on our platform.

Refund Policy
Your investment in the Lonely Octopus Program is backed by the Baby Octopus Guarantee. If you put in at least the effort to show up to the weekly accountability groups and find that the program is not working for you, simply let us know within the first 10 days of the program via Discord or email, and you'll receive a prompt refund.
Suspension or Termination
Lonely Octopus may suspend or terminate a student's access to the Services for failure to pay any fees within the specified time frame.

Code of Conduct
Content made by the Lonely Octopus team is for personal use by students and should not be shared outside the platform.
Sharing of project material, including templates, descriptors, and base code, externally is not allowed.
Students must credit all resources used, including Lonely Octopus. Giving credit for resources used and inspired by is considered industry standard.
Students are not allowed to advertise or promote products or services. Please contact an admin if you're unsure if something counts as advertising or promotion. We'll also be happy to help support any initiatives you'd like to organize.
Links and content associated with explicit content (NSFW), spam, or unethical practices such as scams are strictly forbidden.
Do not impersonate staff or another user.
Direct or indirect discrimination based on national origin, race, age, disability, gender, religion, and beliefs is strictly forbidden. Coexistence and tolerance with different people around the world are necessary.
